We are due for another crash based on the roughly 10 year cycles....how bad depends on the bubble....
Got people predicting crash in 2010 meh....? That was just after the subprime and should be uptrend....

Prop you only make serious money when you finish your loan asap, not by paying according to schedule. this way you'll end up paying 2x the price of the prop.
