Cukur my condo tinggal 1 year to pay off...

Tension everytime tenant moveout need to cover loan and maint fee more 😡

they should make it in duplex pairs. can buy two 300k units, if suka can join become bigger unit for 600k, if not, can rent one out.. biggrin.gif

We are due for another crash based on the roughly 10 year cycles....how bad depends on the bubble....

Got people predicting crash in 2010 meh....? That was just after the subprime and should be uptrend....

the maintenance team must be tokong

the real issue with many flippers is the maintenance where most will not pay
and when maintenance not enough funds, they cut corners

yea but usually those quite mahal ma, one shot 600-800k level.
maybe new concept, 300k unit, can each name buy one, but sukak can join with neibour unit if both agree haha..

Prop you only make serious money when you finish your loan asap, not by paying according to schedule. this way you'll end up paying 2x the price of the prop.
