Figures from the National Property Information Centre (Napic) have indicated that as of the first quarter of 2017, some RM10.08 billion worth of residential units are unsold in Malaysia. This figure does not include serviced apartments, which have since 2015, been classified as commercial properties.

oh didn't know that service apt is not considered residential. this is very bad then!

Property price is illiquid, price takes years to bottom.

Some condo in mk are in the market at about a few years ago launch price.

If property price only rise and never drop, every obasan and kopitium unker would have owned multiple properties and there is no chance for gen x, y and z even to queue for new launch.

How many or them under 18?

Kids nowadays so successful very young could buy multiple property during launch.
