Is your monitor native is 1080p? Make sure you set to your native screen resolution.

What model your monitor are.

here are the view. one is desktop picture hd vs fhd and another is viewing youtube kof 14, but youtube video less obvious because top and bottom is covered by black stuff. when in actual game ie: advaned warfare in game movie, is more obvious. are this something normal in lcd fhd resolution?

Hi, I not sure which is which because you never mentioned clearly. But from the pic I can know which is correct ratio which is not. I already label it.
Your Windows is XP? Also make sure you had using a correct display driver. (Don't use Microsoft driver if you are using it).

hmm... you are right, the image look fat is hd 1280x960 versus fhd 1920x1080. look like i am too long stay with old resolution and once migrate to fhd, i feels the object in screen is more tall/slim. i should set fhd and get use to it thumbsup.gif thank you so much for help notworthy.gif
