 Help on renting at idaman sutera

Hi everyone,

I'm looking to rent an apartment close to (UIA) and i found one at idaman sutera condo with an annual contract and (RM1400) per month.

My questions:

a- What are your thoughts on idaman sutera condo? pros & cons
b- Is the area around it secure or not? (important)
c- traffic? Car parking?

Finally, if you dont recommend it can you please suggest other alternatives even if at a little further location?

idaman putera idaman puteri idaman sutera all already invaded with middle east ppl. you will feel like you are in another country (if you are Malaysia).

New condo alternatively:
1. M3 Residence (on top of M3 mall)
2. Residensi Gombak 126
3. MH Platinum Residence

Or maybe the PV area at Taman Melati. PV2,3,5,6 or 8. Plenty of choices.

RM 1400 for old Idaman Sutera?
u better go for M3 Melati - just complete n u may get good deals. or Saville Melawati...

Funny thing is can find agents listing now. And fully furnished as well. Don't know where pics they steal to fake the posting.
