What do you think about future Cyberjaya, Realistic or Ghost Town

I was from MMU and I find Cyberjaya a great place to live... in Malaysia at least, currently kuli in Singapore.
Really wonder how low can it go, coz I foresee myself moving back to Cyber when I hit 30. |
