Coolers the best coz got lots of crowd and food choice. But I heard giggles and geeks have good food, but definitely hidden place and probably 99% of ppl reside here also doesn't know it exists.

U can order food from. Old Town or the container there. Western food, myburger lab etc.

Hops and Grapes r the oldest in Cyberjaya, before this they were in century square. Food used to be good too, but I have not tried since they move to centrus.

This block should be EMKAY residential land. Opposite Laman View. Pretty sure about it.

Okay I just popped by Hops & Grapes yesterday, it’s a small place and the seats are mostly by the bars. Got crowd one woh, cause it looks quiet from outside lol

Listing in Mudah.my is the lelong unit. Lol.
Sometimes they try to confuse ppl in the ads by not stating clearly. Or by stating slight higher price so that ppl will contact and ask for more info.

Askarperang, if owner managed to find private buyer can nego w bank or not? Take the unit out of lelong. Win win sitiation leh

Anytime before the hammer strikes (even very last minute on the auction day itself), owner can still save his house by clearing the outstanding with his bank.

2 strangers, the buyer and the seller, must be running against time if want to side deal out of auction. Amount of trust and T&C must be stated clearly. Many possibility or scenario can happen:

1. Got willing buyer. Paid booking. Owner settle with bank. Unit taken down from auction. Buyer fail to obtain loan. Then how?

2. Got willing buyer. Paid booking. Owner fail to settle with the bank. Auction still active. Another buyer bid for the unit via auction. Then how?

Clear full sum? How leh unless cash buyer.
Even cash buyer also wont be paying everything in one go.

there will always be cash buyers.

I sold mine to cash buyer. not 1mil property, and not 2 mil property in 2016.

if under high court or land office, sometimes the bailiff or officer will not allow....
