When oversupply in cbj is fully occupied, environment cherish by cbj lovers will no longer exists. It seems what cbj lovers brag is the failure of cbj.

The U sekysen of shah alam is more balanced btw races. Such as setia alam, kota kemuning, glenmarie, batu 3, subang 2.

Puncak alam is not part of shah alam.

well those that mentioned by both sides are sincere opinion too... but its like ayam gaduh with itik... both sides using different points to go against each others... haha...

I do think that CBJ is refreshing and good enough for own stay from qualitative factors point of view... as for quantitative factors... I too agree on those points if we are talking about investments....

Auction unit.... cyber has high incoming supplies. How much % of the lelong versus supplies...

Vacate Commies.. it is normal brand new ommies to vacate 2-3 years. Even mature area

Aside the supplies here, many good things happened in Cyberjaya. Hospital, infra and public transport, blue and white collar jobs etc. Many eateries are coming in. It may be slow but it is coming in.

If you already form your conclusion and when the "good thing" even is your eyes becoming bad thing, that's is where all the irrational debate come in.

Cbj is not new nor unknown, market information on cbj is almost freely available to anyone.

Despite oversupply, number of transaction remain low as per napic.

Foreclosure price in cbj reflect actual demand.

Yes many so called 'good things' are coming....but it is the timing of purchase is important.

Its wise to buy 10yrs or 5yrs ago?
Or buy now or 5 yrs later?

Those that vested in cj....would it better buy elsewhere or rather holdx3 for new good times to come? How many years to hold? Does it justified the capital investment when cyber rises up to be the phoenix?

Or

Its the case that feet got wet no choice but have to sing high tunes?

The difference is buyers of kepong, okr, sentul, cheras, etc don't brag about the area, new restaurant, queue at supermarket, names calling, other area are not liveable, etc.

Comparing napic number of supply and transaction in cbj, it will takes many years and longer than kepong, okr, sentul, cheras, etc for oversupply to be consumed.

Given price drop in foreclosure, most if not all cbj investors will be under water for a considerable period of time.

Yes i also worried abt the supply in kepong okr sentul cheras but unfortunately no one bother to open the thread 'why you love kepong so much' and reporting any potential growth there....even reporting a new tong shui store.

I understand that gov is pouring every resources into cyber, building everything it can.....but cyber is really about timing (same w any other development). I dont know what is the best timing. If i knew i would be counting my billions in my yatch in the carribean jor.

From 2010 cyber lovers said give 3 yrs
2013 cyber lovers said give 3 more years
2017 another 3 yrs bcos got chinese skool jor
2020 another 3 yrs again? Bcos got gov hospital?

We dun know what projects sure win....but with projects in cyber how many of them are sure win with proven record?
If you havent vested why not just wait until it shows sign of recovery baru masuk?

For those that have already masuk....perhaps just remain calm and instead of claiming cyber is best of this and best of that?
