Residential township may need only 5-10 for creating. Cyberjaya residential areas are an element in business Eco-System created for Cyberjaya. It may not be reconsidered as huge successfully case but I believe, Cyberjaya is on right track to get it’mission and it has been contributing a big revenue.

Digital economy has a wide interpretation, could include grab, Airbnb, AliExpress, Amazon, etc and need not locate in cbj.

Reasons for cbj failure in the last 20 years are poor education and restrictive legislation. With more restrictive legislation in place, doubt innovation could prosperous.

It doesn’t mean these bigs and similar-s will not come. It is room for development in coming years. We look forward to see CCC and maybe more.

Current demographic in cbj couldn't even support restaurants opening during weekends, there are many commie remain vacant and soon to be vp; why ccc will be sustainable?

I expect Cyberjaya will keep on track, dont make Cyberjaya become Puchong or Bukit Bintang. Pls save land for future core business of Cyberjaya

Not many ppls like Puchong kind of demographic...sibeh chap and can be very grassroot de. Never feel safe there. Keep cyberjaya at the current demographic n only add on the right profile residents. Those ppls like puchong can continue to be there..every township has its character

Current cbj demographic is similar to shah Alam and bangi many years ago. If current trend persists, cbj is likely ended up like shah Alam eventually.
