Got new variety of eateries, then haters talk about it chaplap..when not many choices last time, then kpkb n said cyberjaya not livable becoz not many foods. It ll continue till 2025..never ending tcss. Keyboard hero why not go n see urself n show some evidence rather keep goreng cold rice emmmm

Believe no one has ever claim cbj is not liveable until your admission. Before this, cbj lovers are the group like to boost other area like puchong, cheras, etc is not liveable and even can't find desserts like cbj.

The reality in cbj is oversupply is overwhelming.

Whether business is sustainable or not, time will tell. Realistically, given cbj demographic, desserts eatery is not easy to sustain. However, if the owner intend to use it to laundry money is another story.

Whether for atudent or office.. but that is no only beauty in CBJ.

This is only in surface. But the volume of student and office is huge.

There is difference whether u spend time on the area or nof. Years in property do not automate to have better views.

Transacted property value include auction and duration of listing on market reflect actual demand/popularity of the area/development.

How much f&b business in cbj is depending on students population can be judged by volume dropped during holidays period.

For reasons, many of those who worked at cbj don't buy there.

One can't find similar eatery in kl and pj.

for a township that established over 21yrs ago, 700,000acres of land.....and even a dessert shop opens got cyberlovers excited.

I guess it never happens in any other townships in Malaysia. Anyone talks about what new shop being opened yesterday in puchong, pj, rawang, cheras, kajang?

Maybe ppl stay in other areas are not as passionate as cyberlovers.
