GPS is fairly accurate, no matter who manufactures it.

Rule of thumb is try sticking to snapdragon devices on android. GPS lock is fast according to many drivers.
If money is no issue, apple iPhones have no problem in getting a fast GPS lock |

i had problem with gps on xiaomi 3s when using uber with google maps. google maps by itself no problem. i disabled all power saving settings but still couldnt get the gps to behave when using 2 gps related apps simultaneously.
now i'm using older samsung note3 and gps works fine with uber and google maps. |
