guess you haven't check with the owners who got mad after bought Velo (poor workmanship) and Geo Residence (cost cutting in designs and materials used).

the success story of swy is always on integrated development not pocket land.

my point is not to be over optimistic about certain project, especially when you have limited purchase history with swy, access to the info or even "thick cable"..
