UOA(One Sentul) or Mah Sing (MCentura), which one have good quality?

I am very new to property, going to get my first property. Planing to get an condo at Sentul since the price are quite afforable. Now comparing this 2 project at Sentul. Sentul Point by UOA and MCentura by Mah Sing. Which developer will provide more quality workmanship and after sales service? Anyone can advise?? Thanks |

not sure about the UOA, but MS after sales sucks. The defect team basically is missing. The landscape almost non-exist. Not to mention the fund transfer from MS to JMB. Take years and arguments and legal letters to ask MS to pay for their portion of service charges.
