im using Mefoto Roadtrip Aluminium 5 Section.

since its still aluminium some might find it heavier a bit.

1 of the leg can be turned into monopod.

so far sturdy & well balanced.

Bought one 90% plastic no name tripod that was lighter than any carbon fiber tripods available from creative photo @ damansara few years back. Super cheap but did not last. Got it only because I was hiking for a month in Nepal so every gram less mattered. Worked for me but it was pretty much disposable after the trip.

Oh yeah since it was plastic it was not susceptible to cold induced brittleness of carbon fiber or freezing touch of aluminium.

Even DSLR can. but depend on your lens.
Got Weight limit.
If you want it best , go for benro. With 3 articulating base.
