Hi, is there anyone here that works at TNB, kedai tenaga to be specific. Cuz I need to sambung electricity, but problem is, does the contractor gonon duty after office hour?

The reconnection have to be done by TNB staff.
Others than that is consider illegal.
What are the reason they disconnect your electricity?

If you want to reconnect asap, better pay it before 5pm. TNB reconnections staff avail until 7pm but to reconnect your supply, they need a memo issued by higher rank officer which works until 4pm or 5pm. If you need electricity urgently, just buy idk what its called, the black square thing at any convenient store or call some wireman.

I'm not really sure also, my bill just passed half of my deposit and they suspend without notice, but only issued the red letter a week after they suspend, which is yesterday that I came back. Now they say they have put a remark to reconnect without explaining why.
