Sleeve can be found at AllIT Hypermarket at Lowyat Plaza. Apple resellers have some designer sleeve too.

TS, I feel that the spec for all DV series are too lengthy, actually similar spec can be written once then use color code for different proc, hdd space with reference to model number respectively. Do u get what I mean?

yea, thx for your concern, but felt sort of like cheated cause that time i sort of like took the last unit, and didnt notice that its not so nice, cause i thought everything that hp gives are all brand new, i even saw the guy open the box with the hp seal right in front of me...sigh, guess its just my luck, hopefully they will just change or replace the part for me....

bout the power cord thingy, feels really irritating. cause i need to constantly check if the things is securely fasten inside or not (which is not cause its always running on batt) i'll go there later cause they open at around 8.30am in the morning.. smile.gif

i did not subscribe to the extended warranty, but i plan to do so later cause you have a window period of 90 days to get your lappie extended to 3 years... wink.gif
make 1 hell of a complain....oh yea, do i need to bring my whole package along as well??

Any DV user can manipulate the factory partition? I am still looking forward for self-customized partition size....

hehe....thx.. smile.gif keep your finger crossed....

well, frankly speaking, after reading through endless amount of article over the internet, i can surely say that in terms of battery consumption, both processors are the same...just that you're paying extra few hundred ringgit to have a performance boost of up to 15%....dun bother bout wat intel say regarding 40% improve in performance...but in real life, there will not be any noticable difference, the difference is only shown in benchmarks only...

besides, with c2d supporting 64 bit is just some marketing gimmick....the world or in this case, windows machines is still not ready for 64 bit...

My Norton Anti-virus Internet security (free, comes with my notebook) expired last sunday.

installed Avast anti-virus. Its running great and smooth for my 6203tx.

system boot became faster rather than norton installed.

Added on April 9, 2007, 1:30 pmjust got back from HP service centre...i'm impressed yet dissapointed at the same time..

the impressive part is that the service centre have this cosy feeling and the staff are "generally" alright...they took my laptop in and fixed my power adapter problem...

the dissapointed part is that the scratched portion on my laptop wont be fixed, they refuse to do it cause according to them they dun cover "cosmetic damage" and i've gotta go back to the shop where i purchase it and get an exchange...this is really dissapointing, i thought they will at least change for me since mine is just 3 days old... sad.gif

guess i gotta put those carbon fiber sticker over it to make it look nice and pretty again....i'll take a pic of the scratches later...at the mean time while waiting for my laptop to return, i've called MTCS (the place where i purchased my laptop from) and they say the sales agent is absent today and ask me to call back tomorrow...i was like WTF man... vmad.gif somehow, got this feeling that i wont get my replacement....

for the thing you mention, think you need go handphone shop who specialise in skinning and ask them if they do skinning for laptop as well.. smile.gif but let me warn you, it aint cheap....simple skinning for my psp already RM70+
