After a long lull, the much anticipated side panel is done.

Part 1 : Panel Cutting

The panel; snapped while not fully masked. Anyway doesnt matter as I just cover certain areas & not waste

Ultra smooth, glittering edges

I want 2 bring evry1's attention 2 this. Normally u'll c the paint layer bcome cacat after cutting & there r also ppl who'll respray just 2 cover up. Only ppl who dont knw how 2 mod 'll hav 2 resort 2 that. But frm me u'll only see clean lines brows.gif

Part 2 : The acrylic

I simply love acrylic so much so that I'll go gr8 length turning 'em into stunning masterpieces.

There r 2 pieces al2gether. All those weird-lookin' holes r act for mounting. Anymore perfect u can think of?

I really appreciated your time and effort for putting up all these pictures notworthy.gif

The Mata part have been really stunning, cutting through those edges isnt going to be easy from what i can see here. While the Acrylic part, you have been showing your precision mounting skill to the max, really hardcore stuff demonstrated here. thumbup.gif

The outside, the curvy durvy part is really as amazing as the Mata part. I can see some area been cut slightly different this time around. rclxms.gif

The End Result: Just totally mind-blowing rclxm9.gif Simply Meletup!!! biggrin.gif

You have raised the bar so high, superb craftmanship and the most thrilling part is your laser-like precision skill notworthy.gif laugh.gif notworthy.gif

As it's a known-fact, I go gr8 lengths 4 my customers no matter wht I do & often it's beyond comprehension. Wht more 2 those who can win my heart bein' super nice themselves like u. Nvr ever rushed me though it has bn ~5 months

Wht all owners of my artpieces get is act unparalled attention 2 details & absolute perfection.

And in this mod, I've combined evrythin' I'm capable of 2 present the best & most complex mod ever 4 forumers (of course xclude wht I do 4 corporate customers)

U r vry rite, in this kind of complex designs, just the slightest mistake & u hav 2 buang whole pc into tong sampah. So far that nvr happened & thankful 4 dat as I've vry minimal time 2 redo.

There's totally no room for even 1mm off-cuts

Also, dont miss out the "jarum" design, yet another 1st xclusive 4 jimmy. It's really razor-sharp & dont try pegang. My gf already injured her wrist & finger

ages. really. if you ever hold a cutting tool, u will know. i try cutting acrylic with jigsaw before and after practicing a lot (wasting lots of acrylic panel too), i still can't cut a proper straight and clean line lol. btw, i done this in workshop, ample supply of free acrylic smile.gif

back to the mods, here my only comment. cable management will be tricky with both side viewable

I'm no cincai boncai guy so dont xpect me 2 finish a side panel in 2 days tongue.gif

Min 1 wk just, average 2 as this is just part of my diversified biz & I'm doin' more as hobby.

Dats why normally I take bout 4 - 5 months for mammoth projects like this

Dats exactly wht I promised jimmy : mind boggling

Act though it's almost impossible 2 do exactly the way I do, but it's possible 2 reach perfection no matter who u r as long u hav the determination & passion like our youngest modder sherren

Since u already got the DREMEL & if u really like modding, by all means go for it. U ppl hav my support if there's any prob thumbup.gif

I can finish in 2 days if I'd concentrate totally but dats impossible w/ the hundreds of calls & SMS. Btw, 4get usin' jigsaw on acrylic

Might b slightly tricky but dats it 4 me. My nxt objective is 2 show off the intelligent cable management technique

Of course dats gonna b part of wht I'd b doin' in this project. Dont hope 4 updates in nearest soon as I'm now in the midst of finishin' Kataro & khaney's projects. Then I'll go back 2 jimmy's for the fan controller , RAM cooler , LCD & MultiColor lighting. After that only u can xpect the smart cable management wink.gif
