I use GS knowing full-well i might get a shared-ride and only use it after work-hours (because after work, I dont mind delayed time).

I had encountered recently a driver who die die want to wait until get a matched rider. So i just waited. I didnt complain anything, but the driver keep complain in the car

Let's create a disclaimer and play it whenever a GS rider board.

i.e driver will accept second rider should matched, rider has no right to request sequence of drop off.... and etc....

When second matched rider on board play again....

If they get annoyed by listening, just state this is sop...

Of course, at the beginning pls state "thanks for using Grabshare"

Anyone got warning from Grab? Saying my cancellation rate too high for last week..and passenger complain I ask them to cancel without reason.

some customers are misunderstood the grabshare. some of the customers think, if they need to bring a friend, they need to use grabshare, they dont have any idea that the ride will be shared with another STRANGER/s. the term used by grab: YOU CAN BRING ONE MORE FRIEND. last week i pick one amoi (with short skirt, no less) use GS, and i asked her whether she realized that i need to pick up another strangers. she understand how the GS works, so i lega redi. suddenly ping came in, and i need to pick 2 indon workers 6km away. long story short, both trips need more than 2 hours to be completed (sunway pyramid area was jammed like hell at that time). i wonder the amoi will take GS next time around. Go into high demand area where incentive driver ditch all those big fare job, u collect durian from there, in your mind must have clear map of supply/demand of klang valley. If u are newbie, then need to do incentive by familiarize all klang valley area.
