I didn't say that those driving local brand cars deserve the abuse. Get my point right please, I'm saying if there were another category for riders to choose from, then perhaps driver ratings won't be affected just because of the car they drive, because they get to choose another category.

Actually where I live is super near to ucsi in cheras. I always get ping from there. And my DR drop because I cancel on passengers then immediately see dr drop. Why I cancel? Because after accept I check distance and fare not worth then I cancel.

And no matter how you guys wanna compare a proton perodua car to Toyota, it still won't change the mentality of how some people think about it. Btw I sometimes take grab to and I always somehow get proton and perodua. I give them 5 stars as well as tips .

I don't care much about my driver ratings , my car seldom wash, and I will cancel jobs when I reach pick up points and see passengers I don't feel comfortable picking up. I don't go above and beyond like you do to make sure I get 5 stars.

Last I recall I see DR 4.8 and DR 5.0 receive same fares and sane incentives. And it seems like saying I don't mind higher fares = demand. Well , whatever dude. Seems like some people here have inferiority complex . I'm wishing you luck to the day when you put 'achieve 5 stars driver ratings while driving for grabcar' in your resume. Or when you tell your kids' you know when daddy working last time daddy achieve 5 star rating you know?'. Because I don't see anything important in achieving high DR atm .

Of course I know. That's why I mine is 4.8 just to enjoy incentives. The problem is I get all this butthurt drivers who want to show off their DR comparing to mine, just because I said I don't mind if I am paid an extra 10 20 % if someone is willing to pay ( which was the topic in the first place ) because a guy posted in his Twitter. Someone willing to pay more for Starbucks instead of coffee shop , if I'm the owner of Starbucks I will be stupid to say no right? Even though my coffee taste like shit?

Then I said if grab came out with another category for riders to choose car brand ( because there are stories of riders giving low ratings because it's a national car), all this drivers who come out saying they scared to drive at uni come out as just bash me. Why don't instead you go bash the driver who post that they get low ratings and tell them it's because it's their driving problem and not because of the car they drive? And then post your DR rating tell him you drive those students etc doesn't have impact at your ratings .

I used to drive flexi. Now flexi incentive like shit. I don't have time to do 12 trips for 10% cash back a day. Might change to hg and see if that's better.
