Bro, i know how that feels. In beginning i use to think there is an "eye up there" controlling all the pings we get. Asyik2 get long trip only. But i dont think so la.
Fact is some days are better than others..sometimes screw up some blocks but can hit 4-5 trips later one. If form sudah mali, short trips can be on a roll too.
If you screw up an hour block, just move on and focus on the next. Take it easy and drive safe yo.

Same here la. Kena few cases liao. Cannot drop off also. "something went wrong.please try again". Completed 4th job MP 1.55pm. Mcb after 2oclock only can press dropoff. my mp incentive colder than water already. UP block also same thing. Altogether 4 times. Worst case is after dropoff 20minutes only can press. Bengang. Damn no mood today. Morning session not much business pulak . Bad.

Mine case got 1 is cash. The rest is Crappay. Using Digi.

If you intend to write to them they wont layan emails at grab@support. Now can go to app/support/help centre in-app and choose your complaint or issue. There is a list to choose from, but frankly, the list is too short. Just like my issue of unable to drop off. No such option. But overall the procedure is really damn9 mafan. I pity those who can't read/write well. You'll end up giving up lodging a problem or complain.

No. I've emailed them and they admitted to having server and technical issues. Problem is, any miss-payment due to this, you as the driver have to digest it.
