This morning I used the grab apps to raise issue of the rider's "no show" and received a reply as below from grab just now. Their reply seems like rider lodged report against the driver. ............................ Greetings from Grab.
Thank you for writing in to us regarding the driver cancelled the ride.
First and foremost, we would like to sincerely apologise on behalf of the team here at GRAB for the unsatisfactory and regrettable experience you had to face.
We endeavour to always uphold behavioural professionalism whilst providing a seamless ride-hailing experience, and please be advised that we have cascaded the case to the Driver s Relations Department to proceed with the appropriate action to be taken against the unwarranted action. We will do all we can in order to help change this experience for the better.
Once again we appreciate your feedback as it contributes to the betterment of our service. We shall also ensure stringent mitigation implemented for training and improvement against such unacceptable behaviours.
We hope you have a pleasant day ahead and we look forward to your continuous support as we are striving to improve and enhance our service to serve you better.

And CS cancel the trip for me. Wasting my time driving all the way from Seri Kembangan to Sunway and back home. And RM6.10 toll! this type of person should be banned from taking uber/grab for life.

already hit flexi's 40 trips incentive today... rm115 in the pocket today 26 trips and yesterday 15 trips.
