Ohh balai thingy for something really serious. Sometimes rider persuade in reason to avoid further hassle on booking on kept cancelled by drivers as destination not pleasant to be at. I can say I can close one eye and being nice. Who know these offline trips in revert to get 5 star ratings from rider?

U referred to what i said as complaining.I would say im advising.
Look man, he was late for 10 mins,didnt say sorry and even had the guts to asked if what he did was consider as late.I said what needs to be said,its about time too we play a role to educate them. I know it wud get hit with low rating but if i dont do it, he would think what he did was okay and he ll do it again.
And speaking of rating i started the day today 484.Just checked on my apps,it has gone up to 493.Really cant trust if the drivers rating is rightly calculated.

I can wait 10 mins max. If customer really CCB will call customer service why this driver cancel, CS can check I'm at location idle for 10 mins. And before I cancel I'll send a text in well manner to inform if rider not on time to take the current ride can try other booking.
there's one time at PJ Standard Chartered bank was located behind a building, I waited for a lady rider until I left waited 10mins. She called and was hoping I come back to pick her up. Iinitially I tried call and text and she never revert. And so what happened was she's with so many door gifts packages on boxes and nobody's helping her along top floor to ground. And I have no idea it was behind the building. Even wasted half an hour started from accepting booking, I send her to TPM SC bank and she was really grateful but not in happy mood also (company dressed her up while she had to handle so many issues at one time).
It does reflect to put her situation in your shoes, if you need help the most when you couldn't find one, a stranger like a driver came for the rescue. Mind me, she's not hot but sometimes helping out sure makes the day better.

That's exactly what I mean. Most riders think they're smarter because they are not drivers and can afford paying fare for rides. These are riders mentality: they think we all like taxi driver, not well-educated plus we can't simply educate them unless they're asking for it. And most of them rather listen to music, talk on the phone or watching YouTube, irregardless to listen the driver's rant.
