guys, i have a question, this morning i was sending a customer and i overlooked he was using promo code, and i charged him full. he also blur and gave me the money. btw, his friend book grab for him.

then i received a message from his friend telling me i made a mistake and i said sorry and bank in his money asap.

the question is, how he got my number after i dropped off his friend? afraid he complained to grab and i might get suspend for this small matter

I think its really high time for public to know that we deserve some respect as they owe us their life for driving them safely to their destination. Nowadays doing Incentive also tiring, cannot ignore too much job, end up fare RM10-15 also sapu on peak hour provided it is not heading to heavily jam area like KL city.

I realize a lot flexi driver around, probably because of low incentive and low rating, a lot of silent rider killing driver by giving 3-4 stars without realizing how damaging it is.

Imma only one still stick to incentive? Omg

After pick up rider from Mid valley towards LRT Taman Jaya, immeadiately after i press pick up, i received another ping from Mid valley also to Cheras pandan Indah.

I am not even close to the 1km radius of 1st rider drop off location and i immeadiately get a ping.
