Hi Cruzzmz, thanks for the contacts u gave me earlier but i didn't manage to get him since i've decided to get 838 pro rather than zinc. I stayed at Digital Gadget in lowyat for 2 hours just playing around with this 2 models (zinc and 838 pro). Finally decided to get 838 pro due zinc's lacking of buttons and keyboard not so responsive. The slider was different as well, maybe its becoz the 2 units i tested are dummy units...
