when i got my Zinc...it was using WM5...
then i flash it to WM6 then at the beginning of the WM startup after the flashing...
it ask me about the line services....
then it automatically setting up my 3G setting...

so guys...anyone know where can i get the accessories?
like the stylus...casing....battery...???around KL...
if know the price...do tell me..

I am using Maxis 3G and no problems with 3G and the Wm6 ROM.

stylus and battery can b found at low yat plaza..lots of varieties too..

hmm..but casing..do u mean casing (leather) or as in the zinc's housing?
if leather lowyat oso hv..if housing..me really really dunno...

i dun tink there are any form of manual settings..

after the rom and all is done..the machine automatic reconfigures it self..

o hey..those v messenger..me hving dis prb..after turning messenger on..connecting via wireless...even after i turn it off
(frm the running progrmas as well) my phone keeps wanting to connect to either 3G or GPRS...there is no way i can stop it frm trying to connect..

i finally jz gave up n open the cover on the back...when me zinc restarted..then it was fine...keke

I have encountered the problem u r facing now, close the messenger under running programs and the zinc will still be connected to the gpsr automatically. What I do was soft reset the zinc oni. Haha, so far i can't find any solution yet..

u remove the cover or press the off button until da zinc restarts?

why not go to :

start > setting > Connections > Connections > Advanced > Select network > u will be at " Network management"

there change the "3G setting" to " my work network"

that should stop it from connecting to ur 3G service automatically

price of a 2gb sd wud range frm RM73 to RM78 depending on whether its a kingston, sandisk or toshiba..

hmm..screen protector..in general all shud b fine..go fresh gear or digital stuff/ digital gadget shp in low yat if ur worried..u wun go wrong there
