UC Browser - Okay to uninstall?

Per the topic, is it safe to uninstall UC Browser from Android phones? There are other browsers around, so I am not keen to using UC browser. But then again, I am afraid that uninstalling this browser would cause the phone to go haywire.
Thoughts? |

How do i go about deleting the app? Tried pressing the app, but it does not allow me to uninstall it
