doesn't work... nearly my whole family tree.. I mean from my grand parents generation down to all of us cousins we snore no matter what way we sleep. It has something to do with our muscle being relax in our sleep causing the deep snore.

Worked with my wifey! Press her nose and she'll automatically turn on her side and voila! heavenly silence. rclxm9.gif

I am also snorer. Yes. Sleep sideway is one solution.

Saw those gadget that close your jaws blah. Sked to try. Later sleep apnea can't breath, dieded in sleep.

Was smoking, BMI overweight and snoring damn loud - recorded with app - around 90db.

Then quit smoking, exercised to BMI normal but was still snoring about 60db.

Did some research and starting taking liquid propolis daily till today, stopped snoring ever since.

Snoring also appears from severe fatigue

I thnk you guys should go for a sleep study to determine the cause of your sleep apnea.

There's a centre and in Penang Bertam (USM AMDI) which also specialized in sleep study. Look for the ENT specialist Dr Yusri Musa to discuss on your sleep apnea problem.

It is under USM, so I believe the fees are like gov hospitals

You should get the right pillow. There are pillows for anti-snoring.

You could try BreathRight, readily available at major drugstores, no need prescription.

Placed the thing on your nose bridge, and proceed to sleep
