That's why he seize the opportunity by opening a makan place across the road, hoping to capture the crowd when asia cafe is no more.

Due I think due to the super high rental he can't hold long enough for that to happen. His shop closed down few months later.

I used to frequent Sushi Heng at AC, last time I went there, they told me they wanna move cuz AC gonna shut down and build new building. They got consider to rent in front, along Starbucks row, but the rent RM10k, fukkin hell!

So now they open at Setia Alam, but I yet to go there

Last time I went there I felt so old.

The SoFo will have dedicated car park ma , most likely a lot of floors so that place wouldn't have double or parking issue anymore.

I miss some of the food there but the good ones already shifted to my place ..... so .... meh.

Reopened as First Subang, there was Giant, BK, Sushi King and some others, all dieded. Then change management it seems, renovate and become SS15 Courtyard.

Ok a bit, got Texas jiken, Jaya Grocer, Yoshinoya, Rakuzen but still ghost place.

For me, the jam isn't because of double parking or other parking issues. But more of traffic flow issue. Jalan one way.. Single lane sommore.

finally close that shit place. Damn dirty with rats and cockroaches. I only go there for the pool and cyber cafe

I was too young, the AC used to be a cinema, I remember last watched Batman Forever there. If only got snap photo there, kinda missed that cinema

No idea it was a Cinema, was there only when it was a hawker center/coffee shop? 2011-2012 if I am not mistaken.

I like to go courtyard for lunch on weekdays. Carpark plenty, lots of choice for lunch

Doesn't make sense, if 5XX sq feet 3xxk, it's about 600 per sq feet. If they give bigger unit Rm350 per sq feet, they just killing the sales for smaller units. 1000sq feet would only be 350k. 1500sq feet also 5xxk only. Who the heck so stupid to buy their smallest unit then?
