Doesn't make sense, if 5XX sq feet 3xxk, it's about 600 per sq feet. If they give bigger unit Rm350 per sq feet, they just killing the sales for smaller units. 1000sq feet would only be 350k. 1500sq feet also 5xxk only. Who the heck so stupid to buy their smallest unit then?
