literally every big guy i know consume optimum nutrition so i just follow suit.

don't really care about taste but it's not bad.

my gym has myprotein. yesterday i felt a little lazy to bancuh my own protein and i ordered a protein shake after i was done with my workouts. before the gym assistant started to make it, he offered to put a scoop of coffee powder because he said myprotein whey alone is very bland and they received a quite a number of complaints from the gym-goers. i just said yes since it's free. sweat.gif

failed buying ON whey from lazada today due to some miscommunication. cry.gif gonna get a refund.

in the meantime maybe i should explore other whey options...

what would be the best vegan whey available on the market? thinking of going vegan sometime next year.
