That's a more logical answer, no company allows their staffs to do non-job related stuff during working hours and my company blocks access to web based email sites, forums to Jobstreet for normal staffs. Only seniors and managers have full access. It's not something new and definitely, no fault of LYN. If you own a company, you certainly don't wanna see ur staffs surfing LYN during working hours, right?
