Recently, a guy called and said he was from maxis and said that maxis and tm something is working together to something something and asked if we had any problems with the current modem which is a 5 mbps plan like slowness or completely disconnected
He then asked us if they could come over to fix it and replace the modem for free
And they will upgrade to blah blah blah 10 mbps blah blah cheaper
So, thoughts about it?
