I cannot interpret what I can't see.

If you don't mind, can scan and pm me. Just remove any personal detail like name.

Borderline normal on the high side...are you nervous during the exam?

I've done my ECG last month & the result was skewed towards sinus tachy otherwise normal. just because i'm lacking proper sleep & fasting for the blood test in the morning. just arrived from work offshore straight away do medical check up on the next day does not help either tongue.gif menyesal aku...

But anyway, nervous or not i'm starting to exercise & dieting, i managed to get my heart rate down to 68-75 resting nowadays

Normal heart rate is 60-100 per minute for a healthy person, right?

I worked in a cardiac medical centre, and the specialist told me on the safe side for a healthy person is 60-90bpm. once it hits 100 bpm even while resting means that person should be aware of his condition.

Of course the lower the better

100 bpm is a bit high, need to take some rest. Me at sometimes at 80bpm also don't feel comfortable.

100 bpm at rest? It could be due to cardiomyopathy. I suggest getting an echocardiogram.
