For starters, there is coinbase.

How do you use coinbase with myr? They accept it? Or you convert myr to other currencies? And then send to coinbase from a foreign bank account?

Lol, website down and it's still considered 'fine'? Too bad us malaysians really have no other exchanges to rely on (please stop quoting p2p, coinhako etc they are not exchanges). Even it goes back up you should treat luno as a touch and go medium only (an unfortunate option).

we really need to push Luno to use segwit, the fees of sending out to external wallet is crazy high
*
Yes it is crazy (Welcome to Bitcoin Core, though some will find ways to justify it's the address this that. You don't need this 'justification' for the likes of LTC, Dash, Bitcoin Cash). Though I've seen someone mentioned he/she managed to transfer out of luno with zero fee lately. Not sure how true that is. It'd be interesting to find others who have really transferred out with 0 fee lately (anyway, for the record this was available back in October for a short period of time).

if you transfer all btc in Luno to external wallet, it'll cost zero, I do not know why either. Don't blame the bitcoin core developers, or any other developers of other areas, they done alot more work compared to us that only whines and twits in social media.

Ah. A bitcoin maximalist. If you think the high fee issue is alright (merely because it doesn't affect you but affects many others), then by all means hold your btc till 2021 or beyond. Bitcoin is it its state today because of the developers. End of. Don't need apologist remarks. And what do you say then about the other cryptos that can be transferred with much lower fees (because lower volume (something you read from r/Bitcoin or core/blockstream shills)? Even btc is slowly losing adoption by businesses. This can't be denied.
