your 2nd sentence shows you are trying launder money back into account which would trigger more severe punishment than just taxing you by LHDN.

luno looks to be traditional BTC (non lightning address).

if you want to receive and transfer using lightning....
you can use wallet like mun wallet.
It will generate BTC normal and BTC lightning address for you to work with....

So if you purchase from luno, and then transfer out to personal wallet...

you are telling me you dont want to transfer it to Luno ever again from that wallet?...

So if you're telling me you're a bank you allow to transfer out but does not allow for other banks to transfer in?...


the crux of the problem is not the send and receive... but lies in the source of the cryptocurrencies..

they have all the right to flag it if they suspect it's suspicious... same like banks for money coming from overseas directly into your bank account...
