1. Apologies to those who are still waiting for bank withdrawals. And sorry for being unable to provide a time frame -- it is really beyond our control that's why we can't even give estimates. Currently we are waiting for Maybank to unfreeze; and we are working hard with them on this. We really hope things can be back to normal before Chinese New Year.
2. We don't manipulate the prices on the exchange in any way. Again, it is willing buyers and sellers making bids/orders.
3. No, we're not dead/in trouble with BNM/giving up in Malaysia. Instead we'll be opening our office in KL very soon.

Don't trade in LUNO until they are fully restore deposit and withdraw function.
If we still keep trade BTC & ETH in their website, they take their own sweet time to solve the issues.
Lets them have no business until the issues resolved.

This dormant status has been there since inception of your company. You can buy the info from SSM website online by paying RM20-RM42.50 and you can see it on time.

Even you have been appointed as the director, your company secretary did not update the status for your company's principal activity/operation. How louzy the service they are.

you did it? what are the findings

I think their full report is same as SSM as they gather data from gov agencies as well. Not sure if they can link to IRB or not.

The concern rises why Maybank allows them to open banking account when their status is dormant?

Just wanted to update on the "dormant" status in SSM as well. SSM has responded, the problem has been identified, and is being rectified. The correct status will be updated on the system within a max of 2-3 weeks. For those who are still uncertain about our status -- can take a look then.

The process may sound simple. I wish it was. If so -- this would have been done back in December 2017.

Regardless, we are continuing to engage with multiple banks and alternatives to resolve this in the quickest way possible.
