Anyone who have problem using Luno, I suggest trying other DAX like Tokenize and Sinegy. I also have problem with Luno, cannot find Luno support email, so I register for Tokenize. So far no problem with Tokenize, I withdraw more than RM 10,000, take one day to reach my bank account. I haven't tried Sinegy so cannot comment.

Well XRP was priced at RM1.35 in June this year.
Price actually went to as high as RM2.35 in mid-August.
In fact, i notice this is one the coins that seem to be performing okay compared to the rest.

If you buy now it's too late. Probably will go down. 10k is a large amount. Probably stick with 1k or less...

Hi guys is there anything I can do. This is my situation with Luno scam. Even the inspector inform this is first case like this, so I had to ask here if there is anything I can do

Missing money in luno.

From mid of february, for the 2 weeks i can sign into luno but can't view the wallet . then on the 6th i not able to sign in, it showing email address not exist. later i report to  luno but only after 10 days they able to open my luno. The customer service is very slow and couldn't get in touch with directly by phone call. on the 16th manage to sign in and found out the wallet is empty. All the fund is already withdrawn on the 4th march. On 16 i immediately report to luno and they inform will come back to me in 5 working days. on the 18 received a call from luno and they guide to do the 2fa thing but still not able to do it. Till now no any update yet regarding the money lost.

Well the suddenly the money is gone and i not able to contact luno easily.
And now they not able to help. Its a large amount of money for us and im just angry.

did you setup security? like 2fa and also finger print scan ?
Couldnt do the 2FA, got some error. Then the account suddenly cant be accessed.
you can check the transactions performed by the scammer ?
Yes can after we retrieve back the account
and did you receive any notifications when money/crypto is withdrawn ?
Nope because the account itself is gone. So didnt get any info

PS: im using Iphone, so i believe not easily hack
