I have a RM45,000 pending bank withdrawal since last Friday and I couldn't even cancel it.
It is stuck as processing and Luno is giving me standard reply 'we are working to get it solved' This is frustrating. |

I'm speculating what is happening now is that BNM needs more KYC process, other than the KYC that Luno volunteered to understand previously.
I'm not afraid that Luno will run, in fact I think they are genuine. My only complain is that my money is stuck. |
