I had level 4 verification with Luno and for the last 10 days they have reset my account, forced me to re upload all the KYC photos and still they havenโ€™t gotten around to reverifying me.

Their support is rubbish.

what's the limit on level 4 verification with Luno? I thought level 3 is the max (rm300k withdrawal limit)

Yes... but that's still 4% gone. 4% of RM 300000 is RM 12000 still. That's half a perodua axia per bitcoin loss.
*
when you have 100 BTCs worth RM 300,000 each, you won't need a perodua. Lambo at the minimum.

I dont think Luno will go bankrupt. They got branches in UK and South Afrika.
I got RM when I sold my Btc within 2 days.I will buy again when price drop below 60k.
I still believe Btc will go up the next price halfing.

Maybe Malaysia's homegrown Sinegy going bankrupt first?

Hello,

Your RM remains in a Trustee account.
This is a strict requirement by the Securites Commission to ensure the safety of all Malaysian user's RM

I sadly can't link any hyperlinks here on Lowyat

But you can Google this title to read more about our Trustee account: "Luno has appointed AmBank as primary banker for its exchange in Malaysia"

Rest assured your RM will always be there for you to deposit/withdraw.

Terima Kasih, Ross! Can you also clarify if Luno Malaysia lends out customer assets to earn revenue? Like some of the other exchanges do?

Very good to hear! That means ringgit is safe, right? What about crypto? What happens to crypto funds if Luno goes bankrupt?

Seems Luno laying off 35% of employees. how bad is it for Luno Malaysia?

Ross just left Luno. Not gonna expect replies from him.

This is not good. Ross said funds are SaFU, then he cabut quit Luno. something not right, better withdraw funds before collapse. DCG/Genesis also muflis right?
