The situation you're referring to has been solved, all of the customers who had their RM in their Luno wallets have successfully received their funds. This issue occurred because LHDN made an inquiry regarding Luno's business bank account, which had a lot of transactions that represented customers funds moving in and out based on their deposit and withdrawals.

Since being regulated by the Securities Commission Malaysia, they have set in place a proper framework for Digital Asset Exchanges (Luno included) to operate legally in the country. This has also allowed Luno to sign a formal agreement with our banking partner to ensure that what happened in the past does not repeat itself. Part of this formal agreement and regulations also requires all Digital Asset Exchanges (Luno included) to utilise a Trust Account, which is in place to differentiate Luno's operating funds with customer funds. For customers, this is a great thing because if anything occurs to any Digital Asset Exchange (Luno included), your funds are safe, as the Digital Asset Exchanges (Luno included) are not able to make use of those funds for other reasons.

Yes, there is a charge. We show the charge to you on the order confirmation screen. It's typically 2% +-.

If you would like to save on fees, head on over to the Exchange and just place a market order. It's the same as using the instant buy/sell but we charge up to 0.5% per successfully filled order.

How long does withdrawal take on Luno lately?

Like if I withdraw before 10am, I can get at 11am as shown in the timetable? If late by few hours I am okay, but hopefully can get money in the same day if I process it before 10am

Sorry, just want to know why the selling price without include the service charge is RM 10,105 and after deduct the service fee is RM 839.74?

Luno charges 2% for direct selling.

As for the RM10,105 price of ETH at that time, I have no idea why it was that figure.

understand that the ETH address in Luno is considered as  "contract address" hence i'm not able to send ETH from Remitano to Luno. Just wondering what is this "contract address" all about. Does that mean the ETH address belongs to Luno?
Secondly, I just purchased a Ledger Nano S hardware wallet. Can i transfer the ETH from Luno to this hardware wallet? and if i do, does this "contract address" still applicable?

ETH address from Luno is Wallet B
When is setup the Ledgar Nano, will they provide a new ETH wallet which is Wallet C ?
And i transfer Wallet A to Wallet C, then Wallet C to Wallet B ?

but by doing this , menas you get 2 time of transaction fees , no ?

why not just buy from `Luno` and transfer to LEdger Nano ?

Anyone here using hardware wallet (Trezor) to store their crypto? I just received mine so I just test send BCH from Luno to Trezor, working ok. But I try sending BCH back from Trezor to Luno cannot work =.= And just notice there is no way to contact Trezor .. damn

Of coz Luno support BCH. I bought it from them.
Anyway found the solution, need add "bitcoincash:" in front of your receiving address ...

How much luno charge per transaction? I just join Luno
