In a nutshell here are what fees we charge:

(MYR from your Luno wallet to your bank account) Withdrawal Fees: RM 0.10 (per withdrawal request not by % or amount)

(MYR from your bank account to your Luno MYR wallet) Deposit Fees: Free

Luno Exchange: Maker = 0%, Taker = 1%-0.5% (depending on monthly volume of BTC traded) - currently we have a special promo, taker fees are discounted by 80%, so you only pay 0.2% taker fees (valid until the 30th June 2020)

Luno Instant Buy/Sell fees = Dynamic (typically 2%+-) - Exact charge is calculated upon confirmation screen

(Sending cryptocurrencies from an external wallet to your Luno wallet) Receive Fees: Free

(Sending cryptocurrencies from your Luno wallet to an external/another user's Luno wallet) Sending Fees:

BTC address = Dynamic (depending on network traffic)

ETH address = Dynamic (depending on network traffic)

XRP address = Dynamic (depending on network traffic)

Sending to email address or mobile number (social send to another Luno user) = Free
