QUOTE(noleave @ Dec 22 2017, 09:45 PM) My fund has been stucked in Luno since last week. Anyone know if there's anyway to take the money out, maybe send to Singapore Bank account? Use it to buy BTC/ether and sell it on other exchanges like localbitcoins

QUOTE(elementum @ Dec 22 2017, 10:45 PM) Would they send the fiat back to our local bank account? I've been using luno only all these while.... Local bit coins is a peer to peer exchange , u deal direct with customers, after they bank in to you only you will release and send the coins to your buyer

I do not believe Luno will run at all. Why would they give up on an entire country's worth of revenue and profit, especially when Crypto finally made it to the mainstream now?
The only thing worrying is BNM and May bank. Who knows what they will do to Luno and the local exchanges

QUOTE(mrluno @ Sep 24 2018, 05:23 PM) Hi guys, just want to clarify that we are still operating directly from the KL office in Malaysia. I understand that there must be some doubts on why it has taken so long. However, given that cryptocurrencies are such a new industry -- there is still a lot of uncertainty from the banks and regulators on how to deal with it. We have put in a lot of hard work, and made progress over the last couple of months. However it is still not to the level where we can announce that deposits are open already. Rest assured, we will continue to push this until it happens. Lastly, no, we are not giving up and we are not closing the Malaysia office. We actually have big plans to expand in Malaysia. However we will need to get the deposits up first. Apologies again that it has taken so long. Hope to give a more detailed update in the near future. Why so many exchanges open with full license, withdrawal and deposit since then but you can't progress?
