If you need cash, withdraw it via Luno and wait.
If you need cash ASPA, move BTC to remitano or LocalBitcoin and sell it there. The exchange rates have closed to the closest they have been since Dec.
If you do not need the cash put your BTC into a wallet like Bread or a hardware wallet, do not leave BTC long term on an exchange wallet, EVER.

Do not withdraw just because you think an exchange is going to die, if you ever think that is going to happen be sure to check you have secured your BTC somewhere off the exchange, as I said above you should never keep BTC long term on an exchange in the first place for that very reason.

I had level 4 verification with Luno and for the last 10 days they have reset my account, forced me to re upload all the KYC photos and still they haven’t gotten around to reverifying me.

Their support is rubbish.
