MrLuno,

Can change the Luno's buy sell interface so Buy and Sell have separated buttons instead of using buy/sell tab?

Many times that I wanna buy, and the tab changed to sell "sendiri" and my trades were sold which I wanted to buy.

It happened too for sell trade.

A bit hard to know when it has such issue.

I always on buy and last trade was buy too. Just now I turned on the app and put buy order and realised the tab changed to sell.

Hence, I need to pay a lot attention to read the word of buy bitcoin or sell bitcoin wording.

In order to resolve this issue, change the interface with buy and sell button instead of tab.

I forgot to mention that I kena this problem many times Liao since 2017...

Like yesterday I wanna sell limit order at 27800 and turned out to be buy order and I bought expensive bitcoin

It like magic that I was on sell tab and when I filled up everything, I pressed then press, then became buy order

I truely believe that Luno is using bot to control the price.

Whenever I placed buy or sell order, and within 1-3 seconds, there will be some small trade to be placed before me with RM1 difference.

I don't think other trades would use bot on web which doesn't have API access.

Also, the quantity is very small like 0.0004 only.

If there is no spread to be flipped in, hence the robot has no where to flip.. haha

Sell 30,001


If Buy is 30,000
and sell is 30,100

If I place sell at 30,090... there will be immediate new trade placed before me i.e. 30,089 at very small quantity.

I hope Luno doesn't do this stupid Rebot thing to affect their reputation.

It is very annoying if someone cut me with just small quantity. If you wanna use bot, cut me with huge quantity la...

The exchange's interface is yucks!!! and not friendly at all to view everything.

Firefox latest version. I don't know why suddenly change to this look on top, it has message asking me to try to the new beta version. I clicked it and it returned to the same.

Luno's btc withdrawal fee is very expensive.

2X than Remitano, 4x than LBC

yes, but withdrawal is very expensive. To withdraw 0.001 and pay for the withdrawal fee, it is over 20%

The fee is 0.00054756 which is about RM21.90

If you are sending 0.001, you will be charging about the same amount. Hence 0.00054/0.001*100% = 54% fee... hahhaaaa

I guess Luno has many bugs. I signed in via web and have been logged. When I clicked wallet or exchange, it asked me to sign in again.

Then I signed in and repeat the same, then keep on asking me to sign in... damn

Please, i have informed you and you asked me to lodge report which take my time only. What you can do is, check my login log and you can see a lot of logins at the same time because keep on asking me to sign in.

1. Windows 10 Pro
2. Firefox latest version
3. After sign in with final step to enter Google Auth code, I was signed and then when I clicked on EXCHANGE, I was directed to the exchange and then I saw SIGN UP and SIGN IN there. I was not signed in.. Then redo the sign in and step and keep on the same unsigned page.

I truely believe that either Luno itself or their clients are using bot to control.

When I changed my price, immediately someone overcuts me snd split up many trades and all those trades if you add up the quantity, the amount is same.

For example,
top maker - 0.011
second maker - 0.0002
third maker - 0.00012

Total 0.0114

Then it was played around to split and then if you add up again, the total was same at 0.0114

I am sure luno will deny it. But, go and check.
