The absurd rule "Luno ask to provide info for any crypto transfer" is making him to think twice.

I'm not sure what info Luno will ask because after the absurd rule appeared, I no more do any crypto transfer using Luno.

That's absurd. Luno is getting from bad to worse.

Not want to do something illegal that have something to hide but for privacy sake. Privacy is very important. Some people feel uncomfortable to reveal some information online. Information that can be personal and sensitive. Revealing some personal and sensitive information online can be dangerous.

If Luno want the source of crypto funds you receive into your account, Luno shouldn't be asking for information like below. That's too much.

Bank is okay. Bank is safe. Bank can be trusted. This is crypto exchange online which is less secure than bank. You can't simply give out any information especially the personal and sensitive information. It's dangerous. If hacker get those information, you're finished. It's not about doing illegal but privacy and safety.
