Luno issue is everyone issue in this thread. Open discussion is more appropriate unless there is certain confidential information not able to share.

Hi KimberlyfromLuno, Very simple question. When withdrawal from Luno will be available ? If not this week, any timeline ? One more week or 1 month or 1 year ? Luno definitely will have a talk with IRB on account frozen issue and you guys should have the answer of how complicate the issue is.

For my case, i transferred all coins into hardware wallet. If Luno withdrawal is up and if the btc price still higher (i doubt so) compared to other exchanges, i will transfer back and sell. For now, i keep it in my wallet first in case something bad happen to Luno.

I bought Ledger Nano S, it uses Google Chrome. You can transfer your coins from Luno to your own wallet. However, Ledger Nano S is currently out of stock until March 2018, you can purchase from resellers in Malaysia. Besides Ledger Nano S, you can look at Trezor as well. Google for the pros and cons for both and you will find all the answer.

Simple reason. Luno price is the highest for BTC and ETH. How many people willing to transfer to other exchanges and sell at 20% lower price? This is Luno tactic since their account being frozen by IRB. Believe me, once the account is back to normal, Luno will use market price. Again, when the account will be back to normal ? Take your own risk if still keep in Luno. You will always have the option to transfer back and sell in Luno if the withdrawal option is available.

If not their tactic and it is demand and supply per link given. Then question is, will you buy BTC or ETH at 20% higher price than market price through Luno?

Only Luno staffs know. Looks like Luno hiding information form us.

He/She is hiding information from us. 2 months without withdrawal is not a joke. Luno Malaysia should take it seriously instead of updating something with no timeline.

It is not i hard to understand simple thing but it is you who try to complicate thing. I have mentioned many times Luno price is higher and Luno keep saying it is willing buyer and willing seller which i said is totally BS. Anyway, i also mentioned that i have transferred all my coins to my hardware wallet. So case close for Luno. If one day withdrawal is possible and price stay high, i will transfer back to sell. I said IF ok, which i personally don't think it will stay high when withdrawal option is available.

Sell to Luno users in Luno. Again, your cash stuck there until Luno fix the issue. Many people have transferred their coins out of Luno for safety purpose.

If buy and sell queues both came from Luno staffs. You should know the price will not drop much.

Sell and cash out via Luno now? What a joke! Btc and ETH drop and Luno asked to sell now?

Did you guys observe Luno price adjusted lower after Luno updated the news ?

Willing buyer willing seller is totally BS. I usually refer it as conversion from USD to RM. Used to be 7x and now drop to 4.7x. 25% drop!

As i mentioned earlier a few times, price will back to market once issue solved! Now only release IRB news and the price within Luno drop 25%. Once withdrawal option available, you guys should know what will be Luno price.

Luno price back to Remitano price. We're played by Luno!
