As far as we're concerned, we have always been transparent and played by the rules with authorities and the bank. Hence, it is very frustrating for us as well.

However as this is a really new industry (and perhaps the banks are very cautious too), it is taking a while. Thanks a lot for the suggestion.
All customer funds remain safe in the Maybank account. We would never do something like this. (Actually hypothetically speaking, Malaysia has strict capital controls so even another foreign company who might want to do this wouldn't be able to.)
