I didn't check with the CS whether is perpetual or not but she promised my monthly commitment will be RM189 / month (excluding GST).
I did checked with TM100 CS as well on my inquiry, they also mentioned my package will be RM189 based on my recent order. The only thing i can confirm is wait tmr

Called to their billing CS, he mentioned they unable to check until the statement release then only can raise for the dispute. No choice have to wait for another few days and see how.
