Recently just got the free upgrade from 30 to 50.

It is possible to downgrade back to UniFi Advance 30Mbps - Bonanza Campaign since its cheaper?

I'm planning to downgrade from 50 to 30.

Currently paying RM189 for 50mb, if possible to downgrade to 30 @RM139, I could save a lot.

Nope, My equipment never change before.
There was one time I had request change the btu was when it was struck by lighting 1 week after install (vip10 package) (I think was in 2012)

My contract was refreshed when I got my Advance 30 in July 2015, complained to MCMC for unfair treatment in Oct 2015. Price was reduced and contract refreshed again in Oct 2015.

I wanted to terminate my UniFi this year (around April) and asked when my contract will finish, he mentioned Oct 2017 but I didn't proceed and relocated it to my sister's house now. My free upgrade was in Feb 2017. smile.gif

Was thinking if can cancel free calls then can save like RM 10-20 monthly. (Currently paying RM 189 for 30mb)
See how end of the year goes. Will probably downgrade to unifi lite.
