If I get 30mbps for 139 will i be paying 139 forever or just 2 years only...?

I upgraded my 50mbps package (RM179 monthly) to 100mbps (RM189 monthly) in November 2017. At the beginning, TM made a mess in my billing but has since made amends.

I would like to check whether users who are also 100mbps (RM189) subscribers have the following package discounts (can check on Unifi's website)...

Any idea why the Internet discount is separated into two (RM150+RM50) instead of just a single RM200 discount? I worry one portion of it is given for a limited time only.

Just wondering where I can get the above breakdown details from the unifi.com.my site?
I think I used to be able to view such details from the occ unify site, but now at the new site unifi.com.my, I can't see such details.

Last Sunday went to TMpoint inquiry my unifi package, reduce the price to RM189 for 100mbps

At first, she said this price is for the new line, if want to apply new line, had to terminate current one.

I said this is waste so much time, after that she went to look for her boss. She said boss agree to reduce to RM189.

I saw many forumers' hyyptv is jumbo pack,  possible change the hypptv package? the current one is Ruby pack 2 = RM40

Yes, everyone is RM 150 + 50.

You will see RM 200 discount in statement anyway. Even if it is a limited time, it is going to last for 2 years but I don't bother, God knows what will happen 2 years later. TM did promise it is perpetual though.

I pay RM 200+ for 30mbps

Talk to the agents if I can subscribe to the new package which is a lot cheaper but they said they only allow upgrade not downgrade

So wonder if I can terminate the current Unifi and resubscribe to the new package of Unifi later

u could have switched mega to jumbo if u wish.

jumbo has sports, paramount, tvn movies, animmax.

mega doesn't hv those but has all the chinese and indian channels.

I would prefer chinese channels coz i like to watch old chinese movies  Thats why i stay with megapack hehehe

My current unifi using around 2 years
30mbps but router is old type TM brand network 7
Recently have some issue randomly time will suddenly no network
All device connected show ! on wifi icon
Computer using LAN also show ! on network icon
See LED on router no any abnormal
I can just wait few mintues or off and on back to connect back

Definitely router. Sounds like it is reaching its EOL. I would recommend you change to something newer.

To be fair, they are now issuing better routers for Unifi subscribers, but not by much. What is your budget? Too many to recommend without knowing your budget. If you want reliable and bit more expensive, go for Asus. I personally would buy TP-Link myself but ignore buying the C1200 as there are many issues with that.
