Asus firmware is one for all. All countries shares the same firmware. I bought my Asus router from China because locally is too expensive

Since this morning, my Unifi 50 Mbps slowed down to about 0.5 Mbps, could not watch HyppTV.

Unifi crew came in the afternoon. Replaced the router with a new one, no success. Replaced the terminal unit, also no success. They will continue to trouble shoot tomorrow.

Anyone having similar problem? Like to learn from other people's experience. Thanks.

Not quite plug and play but you will have to setup Unifi profile in the firmware. But it's only one time effort unless you reset it.

Yes. We also tied for 2 years contract but perpetual means after 2 years the discount still there. Your case will be the discount only valid for 2 years.

i also replied 10 times all invalid hahaha

then i call TM CS all settle

but on installation day even 30 minutes before the expired times frame never received call from contractor

got to call CS again. they give me KL contractor number who then give me local contact

i guess need to setup VLAN mode..
revert back to my old RT-12HP due to TP link not stable cause wifi and pc could not connect whole day.
